Our GRE Program

PHILOSOPHY 

As one of the first to offer GRE training in Indonesia we’ve observed changes to the test structure as well as the profile of the test takers. We’ll let you know what to expect on test day.

GRE preparation needs to be practical. While this is a challenging exam, for our clients it’s typically just one aspect of an impressive university application.

The GRE is more about training for a competition than acquiring a new body of knowledge. Strata-G test prep coaches help test takers create new habits, practice routines and rehearse the entire performance that will be required on test day.

Most people spend about three months preparing for the GRE. This is usually enough for a strong score which, taken together with the other components of your applications, will guarantee that you will get have several good masters programs to choose from. Of course, if something goes wrong on test day, it may be necessary to re-take the exam.

If you want a perfect score on the GRE — like some of our tutors — we can help. But that may not be necessary (or sufficient) to be admitted into your top-choice program. We recommend a more balanced approach to admissions instead.

APPROACH 

We like to split the test in half: Verbal and Quant (math). If your weak area is verbal, we’ll match you with a language expert who has mastered this half of the test. If your focus is more towards the quant, we’ll match you with a true math whiz with many years of experience cracking these types of GRE questions.
