The GMAT is hard test. But it’s hardly a waste of time. Unlike, the GRE, people who take the GMAT are all focused on one thing: Business school. And as soon as you begin studying for GMAT you’ll find yourself in the MBA market and participating in a rather interesting conversation about how to prepare for management education, how to teach business and how to do business.

So do you best and include your successful GMAT experience — no need to mention your score — on your resume, whether or not you decide to take any upcoming offers from the b-schools.

In other words, don’t worry about the score or you’re going to use it. Simply recognize that this is an excellent opportunity to put an edge on your quantitative analysis, critical reasoning and business communication skills — and do it!
