Get out of Indonesia: a case study
This is a case study about one guy who built an overseas study bridge to the USA. We’ll call him the Random Scrawler.
Every bridge is different but there are some commonalities.
- You need to take a language aptitude test like the TOEFL or IELTS
- You need to practice taking scholastic aptitude tests (tes potensi akademik), such as the GRE and GMAT
- You have to make sure your Indonesian passport’s up to date
- You have to stand in line at US Embassy
And, of course, you can’t give up when things don’t go right the first time. As Dr. Seuss has it:
And will you succeed? Yes indeed, yes indeed! Ninety-eight and three-quarters percent guaranteed.
So now you have links to some of the Scrawler’s most wildly popular scrawls ever. They are on the topic of how he succeeded within the company scholarship program in Indonesia and went on to academic glory overseas. I recommend them.
This is the random scrawler speaking. Thanks for the compliments, but I have one disclaimer to state: I’m not affiliated or related in any kind with this blog or the services its owner(s) offer(s).
Thanks for the links. I didn’t intend to hijack your posts. If that’s what I’ve done, then I’ll fix it. Cheers.
